Users of Disc Exchange agree to only post original items. Anyone trying to sell counterfeit goods will be banned from the site, and their details passed to the appropriate authorities.

Disc Exchange allows users to post their second hand goods for sale. Any transactions that take place are between the buyer and seller only, and not Disc Exchange. As such we are not liable for any faulty goods, items in poor condition or items not received. We recommend all our users take payment through PayPal, for the added protection they offer.

We will do our best to help our users if they have any problems using the site. If you pay for something you didn't receive, or receive counterfeit goods then please make us aware using the contact page.

Disc Exchange is a UK site. It is assumed that all items are suitable for use in the UK. If you wish to sell a Region 1 DVD, or games from abroad you must say so in your advert.
